The hotel was modern, clean and close to CGK airport in Jakarta. The staff are very friendly and super helpful. I have to mention Cindy who was very helpful and allowed for a late checkout since our flight was in the evening. Cindy also helped arrange a private driver for a trip we wanted to make 2hrs out of Jakarta. Also, arranged a takeaway breakfast and lunch for our trip which was a nice touch as it was presented beautifully! And gave complimentary soft drinks before we left for the airport. They have a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport where the driver waits for you- great service very professional. They really do take care of you and make you feel at home. Thanks again would definitely recommend if you need to stay close to the airport.

From timely pick up at the airport, swift service at the front desk, how enthusiastic every staff in making sure the guest are happy, to cleanliness, food even the refreshment they left by the receptionist is superb. This is the standard of hospitality that needs to be maintained. I do have one request about the room. While it’s large enough to fit a family of four, I highly believe the round table can be swapped with something better to fit at least two adults. This goes for the chair as well. I find it a little difficult to enjoy our in-room dining experience when the table and chair can only accommodate one adult. Other than that, I’m confident my family and I have found our go to hotel. Thank you

This is my hotel of choice for transit between flights due to the location, comfort and cleanliness, and reliable shuttle service. I have stayed here often enough in the past year (due to work) so that the staff recognized me and they are always very friendly and helpful. In the last stay they accommodated an early check-in due to my early arrival and gave me a timely wake up call at 2.30am (as requested) for a very early flight. Will definitely stay here again

However, as always this hotel gives me exactly what I need in between long travels (arriving from 5-h flight from Papua, departing to 16h journey to NZ) with its quiet room, comfy bed, late check-out possibility and ease to get back to the airport.
